This brand new 48,000 sf medical office building will consolidate two existing community health centers combined with administrative departments – becoming the organization’s flagship location. The new health center will provide services for adult primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, psychiatry, addition treatment, nutrition, LGBTQIA-responsive services and more. It will also provide large training room space for professional development.
CES is providing full MEP/FP engineering design services for this fast track project. Systems include condensing gas boilers, packaged direct expansion air conditioning units (DX RTU) with multi-zoned variable air volume (VAV) HVAC. Energy efficient LED lighting will be found throughout.
