Promote diversity and inclusion at CES by recruiting from the most diverse talent pool possible. We strive to reflect the diversity of the world around us.

We will accomplish this by:

  • Increasing awareness of the MEP/FP industry through presentation to local colleges and universities
  • Making employment at CES more accessible to women and minorities through interaction with underrepresented groups
  • Initiate and develop relationships with diverse organizations in our community
