The Trunk Club, a premium, online fashion retailer, moved into an expansive Park Avenue space overlooking the iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotel. CES provided the MEP engineering design services for an office tenant fit out for a new densely populated office location for this growing retailer.
The mechanical system employs a reconnection to VAV system with perimeter fan coil units controlled by the building. Sprinkler included a new loop design with connection to existing floor control valve. Plumbing fixtures were replaced with new and a new spacious cafeteria area was added. Future space intended to be Trunk Club for Women was also included in the design.
