MEP/FP designs include 300 electric vehicle stations, an open-air garage, LED lighting throughout, Variable Refrigerant Control (VRF), Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS), as well as Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) to improve indoor air quality. The building is situated in a high hurricane risk area, so systems are put in place to withstand severe weather, such as backup generators and special elevating services to avoid flooding.
