Built in 1930, San Remo is a historic New York City apartment consisting of 136 unusually spacious apartments. Residents of the San Remo have full access to a fitness center, recreation and bike room, and storage. Located at one of the city’s most desired addresses, the twin-towered building overlooks the views of Central Park.
CES provided MEP/FP services for the renovation and addition of a 19th floor apartment after the owner purchased the 20th floor above. Systems included:

- Extension of A/V HVAC controls
- “Boost” cooling units
- Steam radiators
- Steam Humidifiers
- Radiant Floor
