CES provided full MEP services for the 3,700 sf fit-out of an office space into flexible shared work and event space. The renovation resulted in 11 offices, event space and a terrace. 13th Storey is complete with a “ZOOM” room, private conference space, sound proof phone booths and catering kitchen. CES designed independently zoned heating / cooling for each office space as well as central lighting control with occupancy sensors and daylighting.
