Part of a new upper quad consisting of eight new residence halls, CES worked with Sacred Heart University in the development of two mirror image dormitory buildings that will offer 500 new beds for students.

Built into a steep hillside, the new residence halls will reflect the existing campus character with stone exteriors and pitched roofs. The mini-suites hold two single bedrooms with shared bath and common areas. Each floor features an amenity space with kitchenette. The suites have individual temperature controls connected to high efficiency boilers and energy recovery ventilation units.

The design team met a 6-month design schedule, the new residence halls will be designed and constructed in just over two years.
