This new multifamily housing development addresses a critical housing shortage in Nashua through the transformation of a long-vacant site into a thoughtfully planned residential community. The project consists of three residential buildings totaling 193 units, each constructed over a 43,000-square-foot parking garage, along with shared amenity spaces including a resident lounge and clubhouse. CES provided comprehensive MEP/FP engineering and lighting design services, supporting a highly coordinated approach on a relatively tight site.
With a strong emphasis on cost efficiency and constructability, CES engineered practical, reliable building systems tailored to the project’s budget parameters. The residential units utilize single split DX hydro-air systems without ERVs, balancing upfront costs with performance needs while meeting code and comfort requirements.
Through efficient system layouts and integrated design across all three buildings, the project delivers durable, functional housing that maximizes value—helping to bring much-needed residences to the Nashua market without sacrificing quality or coordination.
