This 1936 tudor-style residence was completely renovated while still preserving the classic characteristics found in this style home. CES was challenged with designing new HVAC ductwork into the existing structure while maintaining design integrity. This renovation included the incorporation of a geothermal system with packaged and split heat pumps.
