This 3,000 square foot upper Park Avenue duplex was completely gutted and renovated with new electrical service, central air conditioning, and controls. HVAC equipment was custom selected to fit in the architecture with air handlers being located under the stairs landing and exhaust ductwork running through a built-in day bed.
CES has completed MEP upgrades to seven apartments in this building.
