Serving as the MEP design engineer on this sprawling, ocean side estate, CES designed state-of-the-art systems for the main house, guest house, and pool house. Systems included VRV heating and cooling with Crestron AV integration, dock power and boat lift power, domestic water for high flow shower heads, steam generator for shower, domestic water filtration, natural gas back up generator, outdoor fire pits, cooking ranges, gas lanterns, instant tankless water heaters, indoor fireplace, appliances power and ventilation for indoor sauna.
