The New Canaan YMCA, a highly utilized community resource, was experiencing aging infrastructure that had not been renovated in more than 40 years. The facility renovation included a 14,000 sf addition and repairs to the rear half of the building. Two pools and associated locker rooms were updated as well as the gymnasiums, wellness areas and spaces for members and families.
