Constructed originally as a Gristmill on the Farmington River in the mid 1600’s, the building selected by Miss Porter’s School to serve as an admissions office, has served various functions through the years including most recently as a restaurant. Having has very minimal structural and system upgrades since it was built a comprehensive renovation was needed to satisfy its new program and to bring it up to current standards for code compliance and sustainability.
CES provided MEP/FP engineering design services for all new systems for this exciting, historic landmark renovation project.
