Lillooet Cheesery is a 7,200 square foot sheep farm and cheese making facility located in Northern Massachusetts. The facility includes the barn, a milking parlor, cheese making room, cheese cave, and office space for educational classes. The building is being cooled with a combination of an air-cooled VRV system in the typical rooms and a specialized water cooled system by a separate vendor for the cheese making spaces.
