Liberty City Ventures

The 12th floor fit-out for Liberty City Ventures revamped their office space to better foster creativity, energy, and relaxation. The design introduced a fitness area and spa-inspired amenities to promote wellness. CES replaced two 15-ton vertical air-cooled units, upgraded steam radiators with Danfoss thermostatic valves, and designed a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) split system with electric duct heaters and dehumidifiers to ensure precise comfort in the fitness areas.

Despite challenges with pre-completed electrical work, CES collaborated closely with the design team to minimize disruptions and save resources. The result was a cost-effective, high-performing system that enhanced comfort, supported wellness-focused amenities, and achieved timely project completion.
