Leroy Street

This new multi-building residential complex is located in the West Village of New York. The complex consists of five single-family town homes of varying styles accompanied by a 10-story residential tower that will house ten apartments. Each of the living spaces contains variable refrigerant flow heating and cooling systems accompanied by radiant floor heat. Because of the variations in building types the CES team had to design mechanical systems for six buildings at the same time, which included four redesigns to evaluate cost-savings and building changes, all within a one-year period.
