CES provided comprehensive MEP/FP engineering design services for a new luxury Porsche dealership campus in North Miami. The multi-building development includes a 45,000-square-foot showroom, a dedicated service, repair, and parts facility, a standalone car wash building, and a 250,000+ square-foot parking garage.

The HVAC design was tailored to the unique operational requirements of each facility. Rooftop packaged DX split systems serve the showroom and office spaces, while Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems provide efficient climate control for elevator lobbies and back-of-house areas. A dedicated outside air system was designed for the service drive to satisfy ventilation requirements, and Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) provide restroom exhaust while preconditioning incoming outdoor air to improve energy efficiency.

CES also designed the electrical infrastructure to support the dealership’s growing electric vehicle market, including a dedicated utility service for separately metered EV charging stations. The result is a high-performance facility that supports Porsche’s luxury brand experience while delivering reliable, efficient building systems across the campus.
