This new ground up Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) includes inpatient treatment and housing. The project features twenty single occupant patient and group rooms, a consultation and court proceedings area, nurse’s stations, sally port and administration areas. MEP/FP design comprises of (10) new premium efficiency HVAC systems, high efficiency gas fired water heaters and LED lighting sources. While the project is not AHCA reviewable, the requirements of AHCA and 2014 FGI Guidelines were used as the basis of most design and system decisions.
