CES is providing full MEP/FP design serves for the Hartford Library, Park Branch. The unique wood timber framed building will serve as a resource and meeting space for the surrounding community. Systems include a dedicated outside air unit, variable refrigerant control hvac systems and condensing boilers. Sustainable features include daylight harvesting and LED lighting throughout – the building is being designed to meet LEED Silver certification.
