Originally opened in 1973, this 295-acre parcel is one of the largest privately held pieces of land in the town of Hampden. The course itself occupies 145 acres and includes an 18-hole, 6,874-yard, par-72 golf course and multiple buildings.
The existing clubhouse was replaced by a new clubhouse and banquet hall facility. The facility includes multiple dining options, locker rooms, a pro shop and indoor range. Outdoor facilities include a pool and patio, practice areas, tennis and paddle courts. CES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the main clubhouse, banquet facility, rental cabins, bed and breakfast, pool pavilion and tennis house.
