Dune Deck

This artfully designed beach-side mixed use facility is comprised of four buildings, combining the comfort of condominium living with an on site gourmet restaurant, large outdoor pool, gymnasium, spa and remarkable views of the Atlantic Ocean.

CES provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services to support the construction of this elite facility. Concealed sprinklers invisibly fed from pipes beneath the deck, are served by a dry pipe distribution system. An on-site generator serves select lighting within the condos in addition to egress path lighting and refrigeration for the restaurant. High efficiency lighting was included in the project design to minimize energy consumption during normal and emergency conditions.
