Established in 1967, the COCC is a data center and full service bureau and is a mutually-owned outsourcing, integration, and software development and service company that provides processing solutions for community banks and credit unions throughout the Northeast.
CES provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for renovations and complete tenant fit-out to an existing 4-story, 71,000 sf building for COCC’s new headquarters. This new space includes a fitness room, cafeteria, call center, conference rooms, training center, office space and other support spaces.
