Chelsea Apartment

This was an existing building in Chelsea, located on the grounds of the General Theological Seminary that was renovated and converted into brand new luxury apartments for sale. The client purchased the never lived in, finished apartment and renovated to his own tastes. The HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems were retained, but modified to accommodate the architectural changes. The MEP/ FP systems consist of a water source heat pump heating/ air conditioning system fed from a building condenser water loop, NEST thermostats, radiant floor heating in the bathrooms, lighting control system, and a fire protection system covering the entire apartment.
