Chapel Haven is a residential school and independent living facility offering a range of support services for adults (18+) with cognitive disabilities. This multi-phased new construction project will include new facilities for: Assisted Living, Adult Independent Living, Asperger’s Syndrome Adult Transition, Residential Education and Housing for Autism, a new welcome center and a community center with retail space.
CES met the fast-track design and construction schedule of the project. MEP/FP system design includes: gas-fired condensing boilers and VRF cooling systems, dedicated outside air ventilation, a 300 Kw generator backup that will serve both buildings, fire suppression pumps and LED lighting. The VRF system is water cooled to facilitate future co-gen heating and power.
