Central Park West Apartment

This high-end residence located on the west side of New York City showcased an extensive personal art collection acquired by the owner. Careful attention was placed on location of exhaust and return grilles during the design phase of the new mechanical systems – as to not disturb the art collection.

The scope of this project included four thru-wall air cooled condensing units with matching Dx air handling units, two steam humidifiers installed to the building standards.
