CES provided full building commissioning services for the construction of a new residence hall on the CCSU campus located between the student center garage and Ella Grasso Boulevard.
The new residence hall accommodates 612 students in 153 student suites and private space for 24 resident assistants. Each student suite contains two bedrooms, a small living space, closets, and one full bathroom. A number of the suites are designed for ADA accessibility.
This project complies with the High Performance Building Regulations and obtained LEED Silver certification.
