CES provided MEP engineering design services for Arthouse, a new 5,000 sf hybrid office and public gallery space in Marble Falls, Texas. The project was conceived as a community-oriented venue that blends professional workspace with a rotating public art gallery designed to celebrate the creative culture of the Texas Hill Country.
The design supports both gallery and office functions while maintaining a comfortable and flexible environment for staff and visitors. CES developed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the building’s operations, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and telecommunications infrastructure.
