Nestled in the heart of Blue Back Square, CES provided MEP/FP design services for the fit-out of a lavish 17,500 sf office space, accommodating the needs of a leading global large investment management and real estate firm.
Working within a fast design schedule, the team prepared plans for the installation of cutting-edge rooftop units equipped with VAV (variable air volume) boxes. Restrooms were revitalized with a brand new exhaust system, featuring state of the art exhaust fans, meticulously designed ductwork, and grills. The IT room received a new split AC unit comprised of an outdoor condensing unit, indoor fan coil unit, refrigerant piping, and controls. The space is adorned with decorative ceilings and ornate LED lighting throughout, lending an exquisite touch to overall ambiance.
Notably, the office space features glass enclosed conference rooms, a state of the art training center, European inspired bathrooms, and a wealth of decorative finishes and lighting elements to create a truly exceptional workplace environment.
