This mixed use residential, retail & artist complex location in downtown Allston features a new-age automated parking garage. The campus includes a 212,500 sf mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom affordable residential apartments, 10,000 sf amenities, 2,500 sf ground floor retail, 12,300 sf artist space and automated parking garage with 185 parking spaces. The building wraps around the parking structure to provide an efficient footprint with an urban edge.  This layout also provides an opportunity for a public plaza and accessible green corridor between the buildings. A rooftop deck for residents is located on the 5th floor of the parking garage.
