This project was a full expansion of one floor in a new building in Miami. The 8th floor of the building was originally going to be two separate apartments. Working with K/R, the building engineer, and architect, CES developed a layout which was built with the full building construction. The original base building design of 4 Trane condensing units per floor was changed to two Mitsubishi VRF condensing units for the eighth floor, for better zoning of the apartment. This was a full MEP/FP design which was integrated into the building engineers plans.
