Discovered + Celebrated

Whether you are just out of school or a senior level professional, CES provides the resources to discover new possibilities within your career. Our multidisciplinary team-centric structure allows our engineers to develop a broad knowledge beyond their designated trade.

CES provides a strong framework for professional development, including an on-boarding process for new employees, vendor-hosted lunch and learns, a mentoring program, and continuous internal training that is recorded into an accessible knowledgebase.

We launch leaders

We provide a foundation for growth in a supportive environment where everyone can explore their passions and realize their full potential. Individual growth is paramount to our success. Our founders are still involved in mentorship and many of our team members have grown from college graduates into future leaders of the company.

As a company, our strength in 25 years of business relies on always looking forward. Our leadership is consistently looking to what is next in our profession and seeking team members who are inspired and interested in developing their skillset beyond their formal education. CES offers a diverse experience that allows each individual to discover their passion in the field of engineering and directly contribute to the success of our organization.
