This project involved the new construction of three interconnected buildings totaling approximately 152,200 square feet, anchored by the adaptive reuse of an existing, long-abandoned mill structure. Located in Goffstown, New Hampshire, the development plays a key role in revitalizing the surrounding area, transforming an underutilized site into a modern, functional facility while honoring the character of the original mill building. CES provided comprehensive MEP/FP engineering and lighting design services to support the project’s redevelopment goals.
With limited existing infrastructure and a historic structure as the foundation, the design required a pragmatic and flexible engineering approach. CES developed coordinated building systems that balanced modern performance expectations with the constraints of reuse, enabling efficient integration between new construction and the existing mill.
The result is a cohesive, forward-looking development that supports community renewal, brings new life to a formerly vacant site, and delivers dependable, well-integrated building systems.
