CES provided MEP/FP engineering services to support the transformation of a Courtyard Marriott into a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.
This renovation focused on modernizing systems while working within a strict budget and meeting Marriott’s brand upgrade requirements. Upgrades included all new lighting and lighting controls, updated convenience receptacles, new mechanical grilles and diffusers, building automation system (BAS) controls, and replacement plumbing fixtures.
The project covered guest rooms, an indoor pool, workout room, dining area, conference rooms, and lounge. A key challenge was balancing cost constraints with Marriott’s stringent design and system standards for Autograph properties.
