CES provided full MEP/FP engineering services for this newly constructed modern Texas home tucked behind curved, woven, ironspot brick, creating privacy from a busy street. The house features a “showroom” garage, hot tub, and a cantilevered pool deck over the valley.
CES designed numerous systems including electric water heaters, sewage ejector pumps, outdoor variable refrigerant flow units (VRF), and an indoor sprinkler system for fire safety (NFPA 13D). When the rooms aren’t filled with natural light, they are lit with LED lighting throughout.
