CES provided comprehensive mechanical engineering services for this stunning, sustainably designed single-family home nestled along the shores of Lake Wentworth. The residence features a high-performance mechanical system that prioritizes energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term sustainability.
A radiant floor system, powered by a high-efficiency boiler, delivers consistent and comfortable heating throughout the home, while a thoughtfully integrated ventilation system minimizes energy loss and supports indoor air quality. To meet the demands of both comfort and performance, CES also designed a dedicated hot water heating system for the indoor endless pool and implemented an air-source Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for cooling and secondary heating.
