This unique space required the design of water sourced heat pumps with dual stages for humidification and de-humidification of spaces. Select areas throughout the 6,500 sf apartment feature radiant floor heating and the home is equipped with a Savant integrated control system. The professional chef kitchen features heavy-duty ventilation to accommodate the space’s needs.
