This new, modern waterfront property features an infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Our team worked diligently with local authorities to maintain outdoor lighting levels on the property that were inline with the Sea Turtle Lighting Ordinance. Condensing units, pool equipment and backup generator were all strategically installed inside a hidden concrete “cage” on the property. This residence also features 15 tons of Mitsubishi VRF condensers, (3) 5-ton modules.
