This project involved the renovation of the 38,500 sf original school building, construction of a new 4,300 sf standalone garage building, and a 8,300 sf addition. The former Nathan Hale Ray Middle school was converted to incorporate the Finance & Selectman Offices, Building and Land Use Departments, Town Clerk, Assessor and Tax Collector’s Offices, the Board of Education, and Park and Recreation Department into once centralized location. The building also accommodates Police, Ambulance and Emergency Operations.
