Facilities include office space, multipurpose rooms, banquets, indoor stage, catering kitchen, arts & crafts, rest rooms and storage. There will be more than six interior spaces for private community use for hosting seminars, meetings, lessons, events, galleries, or shows. The exterior of the building will have a stage with a terraced lawn area that will accommodate over 2,500 people.
CES is currently providing MEP/FP engineering design services for this project. The scope includes a new chiller plant, built-up air handling units, Energy Recovery Ventilators, and a Direct Digital Control System. The complete building electrical load will be backed up by a dedicated on-site generator.
