Founded in 1871, the Knickerbocker Club is an elite social club in New York City. The current clubhouse, a neo-Georgian structure at 2 East 62nd Street was commissioned in 1913 and completed in 1915.
CES worked with the elite club including an energy audit to identify opportunities for the club to reduce its energy demand, heating and cooling systems infrastructure re-configuration, 18 Guest Room renovations, elevator revisions and assistance with an exterior façade renovation.
