This townhouse consisted of a full gut renovation and combination of two neighboring townhouses on the Upper West Side just steps from Central Park and The Natural History Museum. The home is heated and cooled with 17 independent zones. The heating is provided by two redundant high efficient natural gas condensing boilers. Cooling is provided by a Daikin VRV air cooled heat pump system with heat recovery to allow for second stage/back-up heating. The home is fully sprinklered and the electrical system is completely upgraded with provisions for a future generator.
