The Delamar Hotel, a chain of hotels synonymous with luxury and elegance, added Blue Back Square in West Hartford to their group of locations. The six-story, 111-room hotel includes 99 individual rooms and 12 suites with kitchens. It also includes a large ballroom, banquet facility, a 90-seat restaurant and bar, outdoor dining area, cafe and spa.
Electrical systems included LED lighting, fire alarm, power, 3000amp, 480/277volt service, 200kW gas generator and site lighting.
