As part of this milestone, we are excited to announce the strategic appointment of Michael Bouchard, PE to Chief Operating Officer, alongside 17 well-deserved promotions within our organization.

- Chief Operating Officer (COO):
Michael Bouchard, PE, Principal, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer. In addition to his integral role on projects throughout the northeast, Mike has enhanced access to technical resources and knowledge sharing across all our offices. Mike also oversees Human Resources, playing a pivotal role in the company’s internal mentoring programs as well as recruitment and retention initiatives.

Bradley Park has been promoted to Principal. Brad is acutely involved in the firm’s municipal and K-12 project work. A leader in sustainability, he has designed over a dozen net-zero or net-zero-ready projects. Brad is continuously advancing CES’ standards and zero-energy expertise, he remains at the forefront of innovative, high-performance design.
Michael Raffo, PE has been elevated to Principal, bringing more than a decade of experience working on a variety of commercial and high-end residential projects in New York City and across the United States. His hands-on approach has made him a valuable mentor within the firm, guiding teams with both technical expertise and design insight. Passionate about historic renovation, Mike integrates sustainable strategies into his work, focusing on minimizing long-term energy consumption while preserving architectural integrity.
