CES Promotes 16, Announces Chief Financial Officer

Middletown, CT – As Consulting Engineering Services, a multi-disciplined national engineering firm with eight national offices, marks our 30th year in business, we announce the strategic appointment of Stefanie Rice as Chief Financial Officer, accompanied by 16 well-deserved employee promotions.

CES takes great pride in the success stories of our team members. The board of directors is proud to share the following appointments and promotions:

Stefanie Rice, a Certified Public Accountant with more than 14 years’ experience, joined CES in November 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Stefanie’s financial acumen will undoubtedly reinforce CES’ core principles and business practices.

We proudly announce the appointment of Kenneth Fiorentino, PE to Associate. We congratulate David Hillburn, PE, Waseem Khoury, PE, Kevin King PE and George Chan on their promotions to Technical Leaders. Lauren Homer, Matthew Couceiro and Cody Pereira have been elevated to Team Leaders, while Mckenzie Armington, Brittany Lydon, EIT, Jake Guttenberg and Joshua Boyle step into new roles as Project Managers. Jacob Coons and Samuel Dunwoody, EIT, are now Senior Mechanical Engineers, and Matthew Olszewski, PE, has been promoted to Senior Electrical Engineer. Brian Kelmelis has achieved the status of Senior Mechanical Designer.
