CES Promotes 15, Announces Two Principals

Middletown, CT – Consulting Engineering Services, a multi-disciplined engineering firm established in 1994, announces fifteen employee promotions, including two Principals.

CES takes great pride in our employees and their personal success journeys. We are proud to announce two advancements to Principal, four promotions to Associate, two Team Leaders, three Project Managers, three Senior Engineers, and a Senior Designer promotion across six of our seven offices.

Jim Kowalski, PE was elevated to Principal. With CES for 19 years, Jim is the firm’s leader in geothermal design. A professional engineer, LEED accredited professional and certified geo-exchange designer, Jim manages CES’ Bozeman, Montana office.

Michael Bouchard, PE was also promoted to Principal. A licensed mechanical engineer, Mike has been with CES for eight years. A mainstay for his team and clients, Mike exemplifies patience and understanding no matter what the task at hand. He oversees CES’ human resources department ensuring that the firm’s values are carried forward through all new hires and internal relationships.

In Connecticut, we are proud to call Jeanine Palmieri, Eric Gebrian and Sam Masciulli Associates. David Banks and Steven Kingston have been promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineers. Cody Pereira has been elevated to Project Manager. Adam Keithan is now a Senior Electrical Designer.

In Massachusetts, Joseph Sacchetti has been promoted to Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer.

In our New Hampshire office, recently opened in 2022, Curtis Chase has been promoted to Team Leader and Patrick Crilly to Project Manager.

In Florida, Annette Ben-Habib has advanced to Associate.

In New York, Yan Pereira is moving into the role of Team Leader.

And, last but certainly not least, Adam Iglehart, who has worked in three of CES’ seven offices, was promoted to Project Manager, currently in our Bozeman, MT office.

We enthusiastically congratulate and welcome these leaders into their new roles. Thank you to all our dedicated employees for another prosperous year.
