CES Promotes Nine, Announces a New Principal

Middletown, CT – Consulting Engineering Services, a multi-disciplined engineering firm established in 1994, announced nine employee promotions, including one new Principal.

Derek Bride was elevated from Associate to Principal. With CES for nine years, Derek has been instrumental in keeping the company at the forefront of sustainable design initiatives, concentrating on identifying opportunities to exceed established local and ASHRAE energy efficiency standards in all of his projects. He successfully leads a team of talented engineers who have completed many successful projects this year alone, including Weaver High School, Lexington Fire Station, and Oxford Middle School. As Principal, Derek will continue to lift CES into the future with his invaluable knowledge of Revit, in house IT skills, and inspiring leadership.

CES takes great pride in the personal success journeys of our employees, whose passion for excellence continues to keep us at the top of our field. We are proud to announce a new Principal, two promotions to Associates, two Team Leaders, three Project Managers, and one Senior Engineer promotion across four of our six offices.

In Connecticut, Bradley Park has been elevated to Associate, Kerrin Ewing to Project Manager, and David Hillburn to Senior Mechanical Engineer.

In our Florida office, Gilbert Navas has been promoted to Project Manager.

Michael Raffo is moving into the role of Associate, Kenny Fiorentino to Team Leader, and Carolyn Nicolo to Project Manager in our New York office.

And last but certainly not least,  Vish Hariharaputran of Texas has been promoted to Team Leader.
