This prestigious country club was in need of a new clubhouse that suited the needs of its year-round clientele. The old clubhouse was demolished and replaced with a facility that combines timeless architecture with modern amenities. Mechanical systems consist of modulating gas-fired boilers and custom gas-fired rooftop units. These rooftop units harness above-average percentages of outside air, utilize full demand control ventilation and are outfitted with compressor unloading technology for optimum energy savings. The building is fully sprinklered indoors, as well as throughout the screened-in porches and porte cochere.
In addition to full design services, CES provided complete construction administration and commissioning services for the new building.
